1. Shipping & Delivery Policy
1.1 Delivery Coverage & Rates
- UAE (All Emirates): Free delivery — no minimum order required.
- International Shipping: Paid — rates shown at checkout. Prepayment required (no COD).
1.2 Delivery Timelines

Tracking updates are sent via WhatsApp and/or email after dispatch. Business days exclude UAE public holidays.
1.3 Delivery Failure Responsibility
If delivery fails or is delayed beyond the specified time due to the courier, the seller is responsible for resolving the issue. Customers can file a complaint and we will re-ship or refund as appropriate.
1.4 International Shipping — Customs & Import Duties
For all orders shipped outside the UAE (including GCC countries):
- Customs duties and import taxes at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
- We do not pre-pay or estimate import fees — check your country's regulations before ordering.
- Delays due to customs clearance are outside our control and do not constitute a breach of delivery obligations.
- If a parcel is refused or seized by customs due to unpaid duties, return shipping costs will be deducted from any applicable refund.
