3. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed when a product is defective, a wrong item was delivered, or the order was cancelled before shipping.
- Method: Refund to the original payment method (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
- Processing Time: 7–10 business days after approval.
- COD Orders: Bank transfer or store credit (customer's choice).
