2. Returns & Exchange Policy
7-Day Return Window
Accepted Return Reasons:
- Wrong product received.
- Manufacturing defect.
- Damage during delivery.
- Product does not match the description or images.
Returns Will NOT Be Accepted If:
- Request is made after 7 days of delivery.
- Product has been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
- Original packaging is missing or tampered with.
- Change of mind or wrong size selected by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
Perfumes and cosmetic kits that have been opened or have broken seals cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations. Worn or altered clothing is also non-returnable.
